Best Friend Test is a free online friendship quiz tool created by Teena to make it easy to create, personalize, share, and play best friend quizzes without signing up for an account.

I founded BestFriendTest.fun on May 29, 2026, after looking for a simple way to create a best friend test that actually felt personal. Most of the options I found focused on fixed questions or generic friendship tests. What I wanted was different: a quiz where I could write my own questions, customize the answers around my personality and experiences, share it privately with friends, and see who really knew me best.

That idea became Best Friend Test.

Why I Created Best Friend Test

Friendships are personal, so a friendship quiz should be personal too.

A pre-built question such as “What is your favorite color?” can be fun, but close friends often know much more specific things about each other: favorite memories, habits, inside jokes, preferences, hobbies, places, food, personality traits, and little details that make a friendship unique.

That is why Best Friend Test supports both ready-to-play friendship tests and custom best friend quizzes.

You can take a quick friendship test using pre-built questions, or create a personalized BFF quiz with your own questions and answer choices. Once a custom quiz is ready, you can share its private link with friends, let them answer it, and compare their scores to see who knows you best.

No account or registration is required.

What You Can Do on the Best Friend Test

Best Friend Test is built around two simple ways to test a friendship.

You can take a pre-built Best Friend Test by answering friendship questions and receiving a friendship score based on your responses.

You can also create your own BFF quiz, customize the questions and possible answers, choose the correct answers, and generate a shareable quiz link for your friends.

When friends complete your quiz, their answers are scored against the answers you selected when creating it. You can then use your private results link to see who participated and how they scored.

The goal is simple: make testing how well friends know each other fun, customizable, and easy to share.

Built to Work Without Accounts

I wanted Best Friend Test to remain lightweight. You don’t need to create an account, remember a password, or provide an email address just to create or answer a friendship quiz.

For custom quizzes, the tool generates a shareable quiz link for your friends and a separate private management link for you.

Custom quizzes on Best Friend Test are intentionally temporary. A quiz remains active for 365 days after it is created. During that time, the creator can use their private analytics dashboard to see participant names and scores or delete the quiz early.

Best Friend Test also keeps a small browser-based history of active quizzes you’ve created or taken for up to 365 days. This history stays on that browser and does not require an account.

After a quiz expires, its quiz content and participant results are removed from the active service.

Who Is Behind Best Friend Test?

Best Friend Test was founded and is owned by Teena.

I don’t come from a formal professional background in friendship research or psychology, and Best Friend Test is not presented as a scientific assessment of a relationship.

I created it as a fun online tool for friends.

I have been directly involved in developing and improving the website and have also used AI-assisted coding tools during parts of the development process. The product decisions, functionality, and direction of Best Friend Test remain something I manage as the site’s founder and owner.

What Best Friend Test Is — and Isn’t

Best Friend Test is designed for fun, entertainment, and friendly interaction.

A quiz score can show how many answers matched the answers selected for a particular quiz, but it cannot measure the real quality, strength, or importance of a friendship.

Great friends can get terrible quiz scores.

And someone getting 100% doesn’t automatically make them your best friend.

The fun is in creating the questions, challenging your friends, comparing the results, and discovering what they remember about you.

As the site develops, I want to keep improving the quiz experience while preserving the simplicity that made me want to build it in the first place.
